Watermelon Basil Feta Salad with Honey Lemon Drizzle

  • 5 cups Watermelon cubed
  • 1 English cucumber cut in half lengthwise and sliced into half-circles
  • ½ cup Fresh basil leaves sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch crushed black pepper
  • ½ cup Trader Joe's fat free crumbled feta cheese


  • Combine watermelon, cucumber and basil in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle the honey and lemon juice on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss gently.
  • Sprinkle the feta cheese and give one more gentle toss. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
